Flow Blue Roses Large Jug & Bowl
A vintage ironstone jug and bowl with beautiful flow blue roses and sponge work made in Staffordshire, England by Blakeney Pottery Limited in the 1960s. Attractive indigo on white, a 12" diameter bowl and 9.5" jug, both pieces are in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or crazing and both have the maker's stamp. Super quality substantial pieces together weighing 2.4 kgs, lovely to use and display and make a great planter and flower jug. Blakeney Pottery opened in 1968 and specialised in reproduction Victorian and Art Nouveau designs and closed in 2013.
